The last great frontier in post-new age spirituality isn't ascension (whatever that actually means anymore), it's the complete integration of sexual energy into spiritual practice; it is the perfect balancing and union of the female and the male energies within the body and on the planet.

It is fairly obvious to most by now that the current state of the planet and our various cultures is the end result of a millennium-old battle between the masculine and the feminine energies, a battle that was probably inevitable, but which should never have been waged in the first place. And it began in full force when the masculine/power-based religions took over the goddess/earth-based spiritual practices.

Though I also firmly believe that, left unchecked and unbalanced, those very same goddess energies that we now think on with such romance would have become just as unbalanced and power-based and destructive as the masculine energies. The feminine is not inherently better or more healthy or more spiritual than the masculine. Each must integrate with the other.

The good news is that, after the bloodbath of history, and the recent battle of the sexes, this integration is beginning to occur. Women are beginning to turn from the historically necessary evolution of (often angry -- and justifiably so) feminism to the transcendent energy of the goddess. It is the goddess energy which transcends politics and culture and history (and the victimization needs within each) -- and even power -- to become all of it -- and none of it. It simply IS.

The male is beginning to reclaim the true nature of the masculine, which fully embraces the feminine within, and knows that true power -- divine power -- is found in the play of the yin and the yang. That godhood energy isn't about dominance, but completion and freedom. It is not about power over others, but power through others and with others. It understands that destruction is not an end in itself, but a process of creation. And it knows that it can accomplish none of its goals without the equal partnership of the feminine.

For too long now -- since perhaps the beginning of this earth experience -- sex has been -- for the most part -- an act that happens outside of spiritual practice. Aside from the ancient knowledge of tantra and sexual alchemy, sex is about the bedroom, but not also about the alter.

I have often found it curious that we spend so much time in yoga and meditation and prayer with the intent to stimulate our higher selves and to energize our connection to the Divine, and yet we don't include the primal life force energy of sex into those practices. Perhaps even the most "enlightened" of us still think of sexual energy as something to be risen above; that sexual energy is no doubt pleasurable, but ultimately a little too human and more than a little tawdry.

Do some spiritual folks have issues with sexual energy because the sex organs and chakras are 'lower' on the body and therefore not 'higher' centers? Is it because they are closer to our organs of elimination, and therefore "dirty?"

Of course, there is no 'up' or 'down', 'higher' or 'lower' in the multidimensional universe. It all IS.

And god no! You can't include self-pleasuring or masturbation or sexual touch in the midst of a daily spiritual practice -- just think what Jesus would do?!?! (First of all, Jesus or Yeshua or whomever you connect with couldn't care less about what you do in your spiritual practice -- short of hurting yourself or someone else. And secondly, everyone on the other side of the veil would breathe an enormous sigh of relief if we would once and for all get over our childish hang-ups about God-given sexual pleasure.)

(And now comes the point where again I have to state that I am only talking about the individual or couple or group experience of sexual energy through informed mutual consent.)

And we should also get over our hang-ups about pornography (though I prefer the word erotica; pornography feels like a male-created word and an angry-female exploited word used to continue to keep sexual pleasure and power out of everyone's hands).

And there are women who enjoy pornography, just as there are men who don't. (There's an old biology adage that it only takes one white crow to disprove the "fact" that all crows are black.)

And we must also come to terms with the truth that erotica/pornography -- like everything else on the planet -- has its dark side and its light side. Not all women are victims of it. Not all pornography is created by men. Not all pornographic performers were abused as children.

A pornographic performer can be just as much of a healer as any shaman: they can help us to open to our true, often-hidden sexual natures. Perhaps in another life a current pornographic performer or artist was deeply repressed or ashamed of their sexual natures. Perhaps in this lifetime they chose to come back to fully embrace their sexual natures and share that power with all of us.

As Yeshua says -- and absolutely means -- do not judge others. We do not know their path. We have not walked in their shoes.

We are born through the sex act. The universe was created out of energetic orgasm. The primary force that gives life to our existence is the sexual energy. The simple fact that it feels so damn good should be a clue that we should be experiencing more or it.

Of course, our western, and puritanical culture in particular, resists anything that feels good. Feeling good all the time is irresponsible and probably "sinful." In a very twisted logic, pleasure all the time isn't good for you and is bad for the American family and therefore the world.

Bullshit. And hogwash (see the blog about language). This idea is yet one more legacy of the unbalanced influence of the distorted masculine energy designed solely to keep the human spirit disempowered, while keeping certain males -- and masculine women -- very much in power.

We celebrate violence in our cultures, but hide sexuality away -- unless it is to sell something, and then sex is presented only as adolescent and snickering.

In order to balance the male and female on the planet and in our cultures, we must first balance it in ourselves. We must get over any and all feelings of guilt and shame and embarrassment over sex. We must learn to approach sexual energy as equally important as every other energy in our lives and in our spiritual practices.

Stimulating and circulating sexual energy through the physical and energetic body should be a daily practice. Bringing joy to the body should be a daily practice. It not only simply feels good, but it energizes every healing aspect of the physical and energetic body.

(How to circulate sexual energy? Place the tip of the tongue against the top of the mouth and inhale down the front of the body and exhale up the spine. At the moment of sending the energy up the spine, you might clinch the PC muscles near the perineum. You can also inhale up the spine and exhale down the front; whatever feels most comfortable to you. Make sure you ground yourself. And when you're done, take a few moments and direct the energy to the area just below your navel for storage. Finally, rub yourself all over, spreading out the remaining energy, and watch how your complexion, general health and spirit improves.)

Of course, like any spiritual practice, sexual energy must be respected and understood and honored and protected. It must never be used to attack, whether in real life or in the imagination (excepting absolutely the importance of mutual consent role playing and game playing). Like everything else, intent is everything.

Always ground your sexual energy to Mother Earth and Father Sky. Always fill it with Light and Love and Joy. Always share it with the world as a joyful, playful, powerful healing force.

Study tantra and kundalini and the kama sutra (I also encourage reading the works of David Deida). Go to the sex store, or online, and buy sex toys. Play with masturbation. Find out where your limitations are and ask yourself why they're there. Ask for guidance. Call in the energies of the goddess and the gods.

But for god's sake, don't make it a spiritual chore. Sex was a gift we gave to ourselves long before we incarnated on the planet. It was an extraordinary gift of fun and play and joy and pleasure that we gave to ourselves -- and each other -- to be experienced at any time.

All the time.

Remember, sex is something that not even the angels and archangels can experience.

But we can.

Now let's all go out and play.

I want out. Out of this bed, away from this empty room, doing something, anything -- I could do something -- I can pay my own way! I could be an educational exhibit! People wouldn’t learn much about anatomy from me but they’d learn all there is to know about war, the difference between a war in the newspapers and liberty bond drives and a war that’s fought out lonesomely in the mud somewhere, a war between a man and a high explosive shell --

Take off my nightshirt -- build a glass case for me and take me wherever people are on the lookout for freakish things -- I’m the alive man that’s dead! I’m the dead man that’s alive!

Take me to wherever parliaments and congresses and chambers of statesmen are meeting. I want to be there when they talk about honor and justice and the fourteen points and self-determination of peoples. Let them form blocks and alliances and mutual assistance pacts and guarantees of neutrality. Let them draft notes and ultimatums and protests and accusations but before they vote to start killing each other, let the main guy rap his gavel down on my case and say:

"Here gentlemen, is the only issue before this house, and that is:

Are you for this thing here?

Or are you against it?"

Dear creators, we are here to help reflect your energy, to re-member who you are, why you came here, and what you had in mind for yourself as a soul. The veil you wear has perplexed humanity lifetime, after lifetime, after lifetime.

The energy of Home is within each and every one of you, yet it is so hard for you to re-member. When you hear music and re-member Home. You see beauty and re-member Home. You feel love and re-member Home. That is re-membering Home, but how do you walk in that feeling every day? How does that become part of your daily life where you can take these tools and use them in a conscious way? That is the direction you are moving.

It is fine to meditate, connect with the higher self, and channel. It is even fine to open the door for your spirit to elevate both your body and spirit. Yet, you live as you walk on your physical feet and as you go through your daily life. Dear creators, it is your own belief systems that supersede your reality and your own creations. They overshadow much of what your magic is truly about. That is beginning to change. It is changing because of your newfound elevation and higher vibration. Your hearts have been ignited.

The Re-Wiring of Humanity

There is much happening now with your physical bodies. The veil, itself, exists between the two hemispheres of your brain. Now there is a general re-wiring occurring throughout all of humanity. The process is actually helping to bring back together that which was separated to create the illusion of polarity on the gameboard. You no longer need polarity. You are learning to see things in a field of triality instead of duality, instead of just light and dark or good and bad. You are now balancing that with a new vision from the higher self. You can now see such beauty for it is new; it is your own reflection that you are beginning to see. Let us share some of the things directly ahead, the energies and ideas that will be happening as you step forward.

The re-wire of humanity will unfold over time. New synaptic pathways forming between the brain’s right and left hemispheres will eventually grow the two lobes together. You will no longer need to have one part of your brain as infinite and the other part as finite. The new connection to your own higher self will facilitate this, and you will start to carry more of the energy of Home in your physical being. Your bodies are being re-wired to allow you to carry more Light.

The challenge many of you have is that as you raise your vibration, you constantly desire more things to raise your vibration. Sometimes, dear ones, you get ahead of yourself and you do not know where to go. It is easier than you think. Your heart knows the way, so just trust and follow it. Those who are racing ahead to be the first ones there are going to find out that when they arrive it may be very lonely. Yes, you can be the first one to the top of the ladder if you choose, or you can be the one at the bottom of the ladder pushing everybody else up. Wherever you are on the ladder, understand that you have come to help raise the collective vibration of humanity and it is working.

You do not always see it; you will not get to see your results most of the time. Like the hundredth monkey, it comes out of nowhere and all of a sudden everybody is using the same language and speaking the same ideas. Many of the concepts we have introduced show up in daily conversation even now.

It is important to help you re-member that you came here to have a human experience, not to ascend. Ascending is easy. You just die, which is no problem and fairly simple to do. Yes, humans are afraid of death, but you understand that the soul welcomes it all the same. The soul has no fear about leaving; it has its greatest fear with birth, yet humans have no fear about birth. They think it is wonderful and celebrate it the same way we celebrate your coming Home when we once again have you in our arms. We will wrap you in our angel wings and say, “Welcome Home!” That is now happening while you are still on Earth. Welcome Home, dear ones.

Sexual Energy Activation

In order to keep you grounded we told you there would be a sexual energy infusion into the physical body. It is the life-force energy—light coming into the body. The way we define sexual energy is simple: when the spirit is thoroughly connected to the physical body, you shine more light through the body and that we see as sexual energy.

There has been an infusion of sexual energy which is continuing on this planet. That is the sexual energy infusion. There will also be a sexual energy activation that will begin soon. It is nothing to fear, as it is simply your light coming through the body. It happens through your eyes and your smile. It happens through your heart just connecting to other people. We are not here to teach you how to be angels, dear ones, as you already know how to do that.

We are here trying to help you do something that nobody has ever done before--ever--in any Game. You are beginning to carry the huge amount of energy from Home in your physical body while you walk around every day. Once this energy is activated you will see many new relationships to sexual energy. It is for that reason that we suggest you get comfortable with sexual energy and clear any restrictions or blockages you have in these areas.

Removing Your Experiences from the Timeline

Let us share some of the simple things, the ideas that humans wrestle with. You understand that you are playing with the illusion of a timeline. You think there is a past, present and future when actually only one of those is real; the other two are illusions. The past is nothing more than a memory and the future is only a potential. There is only this moment. That is what you are learning and starting to do. As you start removing everything in your experience fr om the illusion of a timeline, you begin thinking differently. Your left brain puts everything into the illusion of a timeline.

Now that is beginning to lessen because there is no longer a need for the separation. There is nothing that needs to be defined in those terms. If you want to bring Home here now, do it with your smile. Do it with your sexual energy, your words, or your music. Dare to be the Human Angels walking with a vast amount of your own energy in your physical body, while sharing it with others. That is Home, right now. That is where you are moving toward.

We, as angels on the other side of the veil, jump up and down in excitement about this! As you try to figure yourselves out, you want to understand everything in its relationship to a timeline. You even want to know exactly when the spirit enters the physical body, which is a great debate on planet Earth. It is interesting that nobody has ever asked us that question. We will answer that today.

When Does the Spirit Enter the Body?

Dear ones, even after birth the soul can change. Actually, it happens all the time. A soul enters the body 27 months before the physical body is even formed. You sit on your mother or your father’s shoulder -- your primary parental contract -- for 27 months so you can see how everything is going to relate, and how your energies are going to work out together. Then you jump in and the last nine months you form a physical being.

Is your spirit in that physical being? Yes, partially. But that little body, so very close to Home, simply cannot carry that much light. It takes time to adapt the physical body to be able to carry the energy from Home. Even with all the innocence you see in the baby, with all the beauty and the brightness, the spirit cannot fully attach for several years and filters in over a period of time. It is not actually until they start connecting with their own sexual energy that the physical being becomes a holder for all the spiritual energy it will hold during that lifetime. It is actually not until the beginning of puberty that the spirit fully enters the body.

That is when you see the light of Home; that is why it carries the sexual energy from Home. It carries the excitement of life. That is when you start bringing people to you and start connecting in many different ways. That is when your friendships form that you carry the rest of your life. That is when your knowledge really begins to anchor in. These are the times you start evolving as a spirit pretending to be human.

This is a special time on Earth, dear ones. It has never happened before.

You have already taken the Game far beyond the highest potential the you scripted for yourself in the very beginning. Soon you will pass another marker...one that was meant to end the Game and mark the very end. However, it is not an end but rather a birth of light in the physical body. Is it important for you to raise your vibration? Yes. We hope you also go out and play. We hope you skin your knees. We hope you have wrinkle lines from laughing so hard, because those are the human experiences you wanted to have. Even pain will be welcomed as a unique human experience. That is what brings Heaven to Earth.

No More Closet Lightworkers!

There is a lot coming, dear ones. You are capable of all of it and more. The magic within each one of you is so great! If we showed you only a piece of it you would be scared and say, “Oh no. That is not me…” If only we could show you just a little glimpse, it would give you the courage and confidence to step forward and just be you, allowing yourself to make “mistakes” -- as you call them. Step out and put it into forward motion. You can figure out the path later, for it is the forward motion that begins the ripple effect of movement. This is the time, dear one. Honor it. Lightworkers are going through challenges.

There will be a commonality with many of you leading the way vibrationally. There will people who move, change jobs, change relationships, re-define relationships, form new gatherings, make new friends. Now is the time for you, as healers on the planet Earth to form your infrastructure that will now begin to support you as you step into what you really came here to do. It can not wait any longer; there will be no more closet Lightworkers. It is now time. We see your light and we will not let you hide it any longer.

Move in the Direction of Your Passion

The energy of Home seen through your eyes, your smile and your hugs--that is what you came here to do. Find a use for that today and you will create Home right now. Smile, laugh, and hug each another. With all the might in Heaven you can do something that we cannot—you can hug each other. Touch each other with the memories of Home, with the light of the angelic being that inhabits these physical bodies. As you step forward, the miracles start to unfold. It is going to happen on an ever-quickening basis on planet Earth.

Yes, there will be fear. We can guarantee it. Yes, there will be people who do not know how to handle it. And yes, there will even be people who try to control it and manipulate it. That is uniquely human and yet, it is still the energy of Home and it is still Heaven on Earth. It will shine through you if you let it. No, you do not have to know exactly where your passion is. All you have to know is the direction. If it is not this way, maybe it i s this way. Follow your heart. That is all you need and you will begin to transition into passion and it is under way on planet Earth right now.

You are entering the Age of E, the age of Empowerment. Empower yourself and those around you and Heaven will be here today.

It is the greatest of honor that we ask you to treat each other with respect. Nurture one another every chance you get. Re-member that it is a beautiful Game you are playing and Play well together.

...He knows why I don't come to bed after him; knows why I sit out here on the fire escape at night listening to the city. I'm sure he knows even though he doesn't say anything. And I love him for that. He doesn't sleep either; I know him. He lays in bed staring at the ceiling or the walls or into the mirror at the foot of our bed and waits for me, closing his eyes just as I come into the room...I don't know what he thinks about; he's a quiet man. I think I love him. For fourteen years I've thought that, and I'm sure I love my children and our overweight sheepdog. I don't want to be alone; who does? And so I...love. And not with gifts of flowers or valentines or bad poems but with breakfast and dinner, sewn buttons and a clean bathroom. I'm a wife and a mother. And I need glasses more and more and I seem to cry for no reason and I'm suddenly afraid and I don't want to be afraid because that'll mean something's wrong and where would I go? I'm a wife and a mother. And I've forgotten what it feels like to be in love like I've forgotten Tuesdays or what my first lover looked like or if I even had one and I don't want to be alone. And I want to cry for a reason.

She sits by herself and I think about her silence and I wish I knew her because I need to know her before it's too late. I will say that I love her because that's easy and she's my wife and maybe I don't know what the word means although I'm absolutely positive I did once, before I started waking at 5:30 to the alarming of a clock. I will says that I love her because I need to hear it and I feel something leaving me I can't explain, something which, I think, is more profound than...time. I will say that I love her because yesterday morning I looked in the bathroom mirror and saw only a reflection. I need to grab hold of what is leaving even if it never existed...and so I...love. And in my love I quickly forget what I remember about how it once was, before the children, even before the expectation. When I whispered to her poems I believed in; when I couldn't speak and she would understand. When we both still believed two people could live the same life...

How have I loved today?

And I'm not necessarily talking about telling someone I love them, or feeling in love with the day, or (hopefully) feeling in love with myself. Those are all grand and wonderful and all too seldom manifestations of our true purpose on this planet.

But I'm talking about going farther and deeper than many of us are generally comfortable with. I'm talking about love far beyond the Valentine's Day cards and gifts of roses and gentle lovemaking by the fire.

I'm talking about the kind of love that cracks open the center of who we think we are -- who we've come to expect ourselves to be.

Most of us are products of our parents, our history, our country, our culture, our religion. Most of us wouldn't recognize ourselves if we bumped into each other on the street. Actually, most of us would be horrified to see just how....manufactured we've become.

Most of our lives have very little to do with the true nature of love. True love is Shiva, the Destroyer, and Shakti, the Giver of Life -- and their dance. And their battle. And their union.

The same love that created the universe is within us right now. But we have hidden it away and softened it into weak poetry. Real love is ferocious. Real love is constant change. Real love is diving headfirst into the paradox of life. Real love isn't the answer. Real love is the question.

Most of us are so programmed to not upset the status quo, to walk the straight and narrow, to not question that we've become pale imitations of our true nature.

What words out there in the world offend you? Shit? Cock? Fuck? Pussy? Hell? Screwed? Goddamn? (And do we really think God is capable of being offended? Or any Higher Being who has transcended the ego? And if there are people on this planet who are not offended by these words -- and this God is offended -- then these people are more powerful than this God, which seems unlikely.)

And I am not talking about common courtesy and respecting other's sensitivities, I'm talking about our personal sensitivities.

Have you ever asked yourself why certain words offend you? Did someone tell you they were offensive early in your life? Did someone once use such a word to attack you? The absolute truth of the matter is that they are just words with only the power over us that we give them. They are not offensive: We are offended. The word did not attack us, a person did.

What does this have to do with the nature of love? Because everything in the world that limits us, the limits our imaginations, that limits our capacity to communicate passionately, that limits our humanity, limits love. And when our humanity is limited then that energy within us becomes trapped, stagnant and distorted and eventually spews out as rage, anger, rape, attack, abuse, judgment, hate, fear.

Our true human nature is the expression of love. Period. Anything that prevents that creates its opposite: fear. And then laws and institutions and governments are born to regulate our unnatural distortions of the natural expression of love.

(And, of course, at this point I must continue to stress that I am not talking about taking any power over another's informed free will, which is the ultimate distortion and attack upon love.)

And if we let simple things like words limit us -- control us -- then what else do we let into our lives that limits our capacity to give and receive a love that prys open our hearts and awakens our souls?

Love can be gentle, but it finds full throat in exaltation. And by exaltation I mean by embracing the full, multi-dimensional expanse of love.

Can we love our pain? Can we scream out our love to the heavens as cancers ravage our bones and loose our bowels? "Goddamn-it! I am alive! And I will leave this planet kicking and screaming! I will fight this life and I will fight this death! And then I will surrender into the bliss beyond all pain!" (A personal challenge I all too often fail at in the midst of my own pain.)

But can we also see our 'cancers' as powerful messengers and healers? Can we love them for their demanding love of us, a love that may result in their 'death' so that we can finally awaken and claim our rightful place in the Universe?

Can we love our lover? Can we take three hours journeying through every fold and ridge and valley of our lover? Can we push them up against the wall, ripping off clothes not caring how much the clothes cost or how new they are because we absolutely MUST have skin against skin, mouth against mouth, hair against hair, sweat against sweat -- NOW! Can we say "I want to make quiet love to you on the beach at midnight," but can we also whisper furiously into the ear: "I want to fuck you up against the wall now!"?

Can we question authority all the time -- every time? Even our own?

Can we hold the friend's head as they vomit up their emptiness and well as hold their hand when there is nothing to be said?

Can we love a rose and also semen and menstrual fluid?

Where do stop ourselves from the full experience of being a human? Because someone somewhere at sometime said a certain physical act or body part is "dirty"? Who said the "lower" chakras are something to be risen above? In the multi-dimensional universe there is no "lower." There is no "higher." There is no up and no down. It all IS. Everything contributes to the whole. Nothing is wasted. Nothing is an accident. Each serves the other equally.

To be fully in love is to be fully human. To be fully human is to be fully divine. To be fully divine is to be fully present. To be fully present is to live without judgment and fear. To be without judgment and fear is to be fully in love.

We must not limit how love shows up in our lives or how we share it with others. Love is everywhere. Love is everything.

Love is even where there seems to be no love at all.

This search and grasp and understanding -- and questioning -- is the journey of the spiritual adult.

Changing History

In the old Earth energy, history is a seemingly 'locked' form of awareness. What happened, happened.

Or did it?

Certainly the big events of history are fairly accurate: the fall of Rome, World War I, the Holocaust, the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. We have records and artifacts and in some cases, personal experience to verify them.

But at the subtler levels of human experience often what is witnessed is merely a point of view, an understanding based on personal experience and bias. And as history is written and rewritten, it is often subject to change, change which eventually becomes "truth." And as has been said before, history is often written by the winners.

All of which suggests that one should always keep an open mind about what is true -- historic -- and what might be open to interpretation; to be aware that it is still people who create history.

And it is people who can re-create history.

We are all energy. Light slowed down until it becomes matter. The Earth and universe are made up of this same energy. The spiritual universe is also made up of this same energy.

We exist as different levels of frequency, or vibration, of this energy. This is the science behind Yeshua's words that God is within us, and heaven is all around us. All dimensions fill the same space, they simply exist at different levels of vibration. If we were to raise our physical vibration high enough, we would not "travel" to heaven, heaven would "appear" all around us, because we now matched its vibration.

What does this have to do with history? History is also energy. Memory is also energy. Consciousness is energy. And all of it is manipulated by our intent. Again: ALL OF IT IS MANIPULATED BY OUR INTENT. We have created this Earth and the physical universe around us, and our physical bodies, by our intent and desires as surely as we are now creating the New Earth and the New Universe, and our new bodies, with our new intent and new desires.

As all time is simultaneous, the past existing, in effect, right beside us, and all is made up of the energy of conscious intent, then can we change the past? And not just our personal past, but planetary history?

As Yeshua has already offered, by healing our life now, waves of higher frequency energy (love) travel back in time, raising the frequency of everything they touch, literally transforming historic events.

We are in the process right now of re-writing one enormous aspect of history: Did Yeshua marry and have children? With the popularity of books like "The Da Vinci Code", more and more information is suddenly being 'discovered' suggesting that he might have. As more and more people become comfortable with the possibility, a wave of healing energy flows back in time literally creating the very events to help bring about that possible outcome.

Why is it a "healing" energy, and thus one that raises the frequency of everything it touches, including the past? Because the very fact that millions of people are becoming comfortable with the idea of Yeshua as a son of God -- and also a family man -- is a release of the energy of judgment and fear and dominating power oppressing us for centuries. It's a freeing-up of a centuries-long stuck energy. It's the transformation of a story of torture and crucifixion to one of familial love and nurturing.

As we -- today -- take the first steps to freeing ourselves from our own personal tortures and crucifixions of guilt and shame and fear and hate and judgment and attachment, we no longer need the story of the original crucifixion to justify and explain our lives and natures historically. We need a new story. And we are creating that new story -- that new history -- by the changes in our lives today.

But what about the Bible and other sources of validation of the original Yeshua story? They still exist.

Yes, and they will continue to for some time to come. But already, for vast numbers of people -- even firm believers -- the Bible and other sources are being taken less and less literally. Physicists and mathematician's studying the Bible Code have noticed changes within the text from just a decade ago. The Bible -- at a quantum level -- seems to be rewriting itself.

And it's not that the Bible would suddenly disappear and the reappear. The Bible stories were written by people and transcribed by others. Each one subtly influenced by that new wave of healing energy. A word is changed here, a word there along the way, the process continuing over hundreds and then thousands of years, rippling through time, until we come to realize that the the Bible we have now -- with the new story of Yeshua as a family man -- was the only Bible we ever knew. When someone tells the story of the crucifixion, we will look at them curiously and wonder what they're talking about.

When we dream, that world we inhabit is as real as this one. When we wake up, we realize that was the dream and this is the 'real' world. It is the same as we change history by our actions today: We will simply wake up one day thinking our world of pain and hurt and judgment was the real one, when in fact it was only a dream.

A dream of our own making.

As you practice these mental exercises, you will learn to quickly move into the Alpha State and to maintain it throughout the day.

Look upward at a 45 degree angle until your eyelids become tired. Close your eyes and place your consciousness at your crown chakra.

Envision your consciousness as a small ball of Light as you take a deep breath and mentally repeat the number three -- three times, take another breath and repeat the number two -- three times, another breath as you repeat the number one -- three times.

After you have mentally spoken the number, and your breath is exhaled, pause as long as is comfortable as you move into the STILL POINT OF CREATION, then take a breath as you mentally speak the next number.

Envision and feel the ball of Light moving down slowly through your brain, throat, thymus area, heart and anchoring in your Solar Power Center or the upper abdomen. Practice this until it feels like the ball of Light is moving swiftly down an elevator and settling in the appropriate area.

After a while, all you will have to do is take a couple of deep breaths and you will automatically be in the perfect ALPHA State. Eventually, you will be able to move in and out at will, or maintain the ALPHA State during all your waking hours.

There are many rewards in perfecting this process, including a stronger immune system, an enhancement of your extra-sensory abilities and creativity, and a life-changing connection to your Higher Self and Divine Consciousness.

You may repeat affirmations or envision things that you wish to accomplish, such as: I create a never-ending supply of all good things. I enjoy what I create and share my abundance with others. I know I must take responsibility for everything I create, therefore, I only create things that benefit me, the Earth and all living things. Set your goals for the future and then come back totally into the present.

In the beginning, as you are learning to maintain an ALPHA State of awareness, it would be wise to bring yourself back to your normal state of consciousness at the completion of the process. To do this, count upwards from one to five, taking a deep breath on each count and say to yourself: "I AM wide awake, alert and energized." Or, "I AM energized and in the flow of ease and grace." As you perfect the process and are comfortable in functioning at a lowered brainwave frequency this will not be necessary.

Practice the process of LIVING EACH DAY AS A MASTER and see how rapidly everything in your life changes for the better. If you have difficulty attaining the desired Alpha state, practice counting down backwards from 50 to 1 before you get out of bed and before you go to sleep. Ask to be taken to a place in the higher realms that will benefit you the most (for healing or learning). Periodically, as you countdown, say, "Each time I will move to center faster."

After a few times, you may say, "Deeper, faster." In the morning after you have completed the process, count forward from 1 to 5, and say, "I AM attuned, inspired and filled with vitality. Or, "I am wide awake, alert and energized." At night, you will drift off to sleep as you count down, and you will be assured that you will receive the maximum benefit from your nightly sojourns in your astral body.

The power behind positive mental pictures is the creative power that manifested the Omniverse and everything in it. You, as co-creators, are still creating through that process as a member of the creator sons and daughters of the Supreme Creator. However, unlike the Supreme Creator, you have also created with mental pictures that are imperfect or destructive -- thoughts of fear, guilt, failure, rejection, feelings of unworthiness which distort what you create or allow in your world.

As the saying goes, "The universe rearranges itself to fit your picture of reality." As you think and believe, so goes your world/creations.

Just as we taught you to "Return to Center" within your Solar Power Center, which is your Emotional Center, you must now practice "Returning to Center" in your Mental Center or by tapping into your Alpha state of mastery. It is an unbeatable combination.

If you wish to tap into the wellspring of knowledge within your brain structure, and to connect with your teachers, angelic helpers and the masters of Light, you must practice, preferably, at the same time each day. You must practice moving back and forth from a light Alpha state to a Beta state of consciousness until you condition yourself (your mind and your physical body) to function at the A-LEVEL, and it begins to feel natural to you. You can function/live in that state AT ALL TIMES -- this is one of the secrets of the Masters of Light who live/lived in harmony while in physical embodiment.

You will be more aware, more alert, more attuned to what is going on around you, while tapping into a cosmic bank of knowledge and wisdom that you have, heretofore, been cut off from. The difference between a spiritual and physical existence is the level of FREQUENCY. At this time, maintaining a balance between both worlds is one of your greatest challenges, as well as one of your greatest opportunities.

Beloveds, we offer you these tools to assist you to move gracefully through the momentous changes you are experiencing. If you have been following the messages I bring to you each month through this messenger, and you have used the techniques given, you know that they work -- sometimes miraculously. There is no longer any need for you to struggle. Accept your mastery and join us in the realms of the higher Light frequencies where all things are possible.

This takes about ten minutes.

Lay on your back with your palms up. Get completely comfortable. Relax. Close your eyes. Let your breathing calm.

With your eyes closed, picture your toes and 'tell' them to relax (EVERYTHING IN YOUR BODY POSSESSES CONSCIOUS INTELLIGENCE [Google: neuropeptides]); picture a warm, glowing light passing over your toes.

Then 'tell' the arch of your feet to relax, the bridge, the heel, the ankle to relax, all the while moving the warm light upwards.

Continue with your ankles, lower legs, knees, upper legs, buttucks, hips, pelvis, stomach, abdomen, chest, lower back, upper back -- passing the light through them the whole time.

Switch to your fingers, back of hand, palms, wrist, lowers arms, upper arms, shoulders, back of neck, back of head, top of head, forehead, eyes, nose, cheeks, ears, jaw and finally, lower neck.

Now. Breathe in regularly, calmly, and tell yourself that you are breathing in the energy of the Universe, the Light of the Universe; that you are breathing in atoms of glowing oxygen which are filling your lungs with energetic light; that this energy is turning the dark, oxygen-poor blood into bright, vibrant red, oxygen-rich blood, which is feeding, healing and strengthening your lungs.

Now picture your lungs glowing with a bright, healing light.

Follow the energy/blood flow into the heart; picture the heart pumping and pulsing healthy, glowing blood through your circulatory system. Tell the blood/light to remove fat and toxins from your system; to heal your blood cells; to generate new, healthy blood cells from your bone morrow. Picture it all. (NOTE: Don't worry about the picturization; INTENT is all that matters; intent moves consciousness.)

Follow the energy/blood light as it feeds/heals your skeleton (picture it glowing with light).

Move to your internal organs: lungs, heart, kidneys, liver, bladder, gall bladder, spleen, stomach, large and small intestines, bowels, urinary tract (you don't have to picture them individually; your body/mind knows where they are). Focus on any organs you're having problems with. Heal them with the radiant, warm light.

Move to your muscular system; let it glow with strength.

Move to your nervous system, your spinal chord, your brain. Watch the energy and electrons dart and spin and race throughout your brain and nerves strengthening your memory, your intellect, your consciousness.

Move to your eyes so that they can see better; your nose so it can smell better; your ears and mouth, all glowing with light and energy.

Move to your lymphatic system, filling your lymph nodes with healing light, stimulating and increasing your healing power.

Move to your immune system, watching as healthy red and white blood cells multiply and flow throughout your body healing everything they touch.

Move to your endocrine system and fill all your chakras with light and healing power.

Move to your skin until it is glowing with health.

Now you should be glowing with health and life. Now do an affirmation (make up your own) such as: Tell yourself that "I am now breathing in the Universal Light and breathing out emptiness; I breathe in health and breathe out disease; I breathe in life, I breathe out death; I breathe in joy; I breathe out sadness; I breathe in happiness; I breath out anger; I breathe in love; I breathe out hate; I breathe in contentment; I breathe out anxiety"...and so on and so on as long as you want, finishing with: "I breathe in the warm, caring, healing love of God (or Whatever/Whomever feels right to you), which fills me and heals me and protects me and nourishes me and sustains me.

Now just bask in the glowing, healing, protecting light and warmth.

Luxuriate.

Smile a full body 'smile.'

Finish in a place of gratitude for the healing that has just taken place.
